IMO they have something coming soon or they wouldn't openly be talking abot fighting the RS. I do not think it is just Ronin. Ronin would not be buying at escalating prices unless they knew about something coming that had a real chance to move the ops. Could be exsomes test kit partner. Heck maybe them and Dart are going to be the venture capitalist and profit from their existing shares when the funding announcement is made.

Maybe there is something explosive coming in the Wocholk AACR presentation, Aasc releases, or embargoed Sunrise data to. Released.

I don't think they are looking to just get it over a dollar either. Otherwise I think they would just do the RS that would give them additional AS to sell at higher prices. I think they think that the ops is going high enough that the remaining 225M AS shares are enough.

Or it is all for show to keep from being sued when none of it works and they have to RS
