Yes - that is the spin TTCM put on it.

Do you really think an Examiner would be that stupid
with all of the High Tech Patent Applications by Apple
and other Cos. he would have to examine?

The fact is - the 46 Claims were rejected by the Examiner
for infringement on existing Patents. TTCM cancelled
them in order to fast track the Patent for the remaining
14 Claims.

It is still in question whether the rejected 46 Claims
can be amended enough - or argued adequately -
by TTCM for the Examiner to approve.
