Happy Friday Judge Steele ...
I have three questions on the recent Delaware Court
Filings if you can help me confirm them ...
1. Document 62, the amended complaint's "Main Purpose" was to
DEMAND a JURY TRIAL in addition to Direct and Derivative
Claims for Relief in Delaware Fed Court correct ?
2. The agreed upon schedule Apr 17th, Jun 16th and July 17th
in Doc 63 is to allow the parties to respond to the recently
filed amended complaint Doc 62 correct ?
3. If the complaint isn't dismissed and if a Jury Trial is Awarded
per Document 62 ... is the Jury Trial sched most likely to be
well into 2018 ?
Thank you ...

Excise what might appear to be avoiding your questions
but if you look at the two complaints and re all the MDL
opposition the reasons for filing will be clear.
Sorry not wise to elaborate at this point.
