Yes, some strange things going on. I saw the 3 mill trade and the 1.5 mill trade, but as I understand Grey market have no MM so trades have to be between a buyer and a seller set amount shares and set price, so "who" arranged the trade?

Why has Gene updated the filing each and every year for many many years,why?
Why was RCCH on the FDA 2010 thru 2015 FDA acceptable industries?
RCCH website is alive (not open) but alive, because Gene sent an email from there in 2016, so what is going on??
