In speaking with Tom, my understanding is that Tom and EDEX isn't spending a dime for the shareholders meeting. (exept time, gas, and the PR) The meeting is being put on by a local broker for some of his clients. They asked Tom if he could do a meeting and he said: "Yes."

I'm grateful he opened it up for all of us.
