You do recall the SEC was warned about Madoff eight years before he went down. They are clueless which is why pennyland is rife with scams they know they'll be able to get away with it. NTEK has been putting out fake financials for years, promising exciting news yet nothing but dilution and a painful reverse split meanwhile the PPS continues to decline. The Foley's have made millions off of this scam though.
