So the moron that tried to steal a salvage yard from an old lady (the actual owner of the yard) and was charged for it, he has nothing to do with the company/stock anymore??

Am I reading into this right?

I've been holding this since Jan. of 2016 in the 001-0017 area, I would have taken a loss on it back in Dec. but there was no Bid, so I'm still in it, I wonder if this new company might be worth averaging down??

Any idea what they are doing?
