I would doubt that there is anything that could come of it. There is no quantifiable monies that Momenta stands to lose and even if there was it wouldn't be anywhere in the Billions.

This has to be seen as an event and being that Hospira has already been producing 20mg I wouldn't think any liability exists.

I briefly search through numerous manufacturing contracts this week and all the liability seems to center around off-spec finished product. Even then the best I could see is that the producer was liable for the documented recall costs and replacing the product. Liability regarding reputation or other soft costs weren't included.
