They are crushing the other board. Think in these terms if you want to eat a steak.

You can go to the restaurant and order it the way you want, pay a fee and leave or...

Buy a cow, hire a butcher, buy an oven, hire a cook, and PAY to use the recipe (patents). You may even have to buy a frig to keep the meat you are not eating from spoiling. And if you really eat steak a farm to breed

Moving it around a few different ways you can't get around the patents and the infrastructure built up.

Organovo would be foolish to sell the patents. It's either a massive buyout or a slow consistent grow to a fortune.
