It's an excellent point & I can't refute nor I can I even come up with some way to explain that away. That said, even reputable firms might be swayed somehow to work it..... And just because they might believe in the case, doesn't make an automatic win either. How many investors (esp pennystockers) "didn't" believe in their investment, to make money, yet it did the opposite? (not counting shorters). Still its a strong point you you have.
