the answer- not compliant, who cares?...the possible reasons WM no longer markets meters:
> sold out over a month ago- killed Website/ phone number
> new owner waiting for announcement for some reason- some kind of timetable? Maybe competitors? IPO?
> new owners not concerned about marketing product at this time for some reason? New product launch?

None of this makes any sense...why stop marketing meters??
