If Watt retires after 5 years as regulator in 2019 , why can he not remain as conservator indefinite? No legal time limit on how long a conservatorship or conservator . Only conservator can terminate a conservatorship. The conservator can legally or illegally do what they want says the courts and government. Has the courts set a precedents if one wants ro destroy American, one just install an unelected self govern conservator in key industries . Accomplished revolution without a single shot.
