With 1.6 billion shares OS you expect this to move from .0001/.0002 with a CEO being charged with 4 counts of fraud . Bunch of new shareholders tried that for the last 2 weeks really hard to move this and did not even flynch. Now expect the those bunch to run away and they know who they are
