I will try and find the emails and screenshot them for the board this weekend sometime, keep an eye out.

Quick summary, the company is fully reinstated with NV, in good standing, all fees are paid. He said for investors to show patience, there is alot of filings, legal, and accounting work to be done and it can be a very expensive process.

Most of the other material stuff asked including whether he had any plans to use the shell for APAI, he just basically said due to SEC rules I can't divulge an answer to that question. Good answer imo
