.01 is not going to be a problem and if you are uplisting to NASDAQ which these guys definitely have the REVENUES to support,
this can be done and has been many times...

great example is CET*, they used to be CTE* on the OTC and they uplisted to NASDAQ through an R/S - and the stock has grown tremendously since the NASDAQ

if a company is going to NASDAQ from the OTC, a R/S is super positive in that situation, especially if you have millions of shares when it was a subby
