Maybe investor's are waiting to see if the new legislation passes Congress before they risk investing in FLPC or other mining ventures with unproven track records. Waiting would be smart investing and given FLPC's Limited achievements to date as you so often point out should also be part of any reasonable due diligence. I am encouraged by this new possible game changer for FLPC but I would not be upset if my speculation is proven wrong with time as these are high risk discretionary funds that are invested and I would hope other investors would understand the risk environment of this and all penny and sub penny stocks, startups, junior companies and the like. Enough said on this by me for the time being I will follow the legislation and will update any significant developments.
