KiK, MCEM I glanced closer at annual and towards bottom saw they have some litigation ongoing. The original suit apparently was filed back in 2015 I think so maybe it is priced in but the annual was first time I saw it. It's for up to $63 mill I think and is an interesting story. No idea if the company might be found liable in part, whole, or not at all. I sold a little after seeing that news but hold some as well still. Even the $63 mill, while very substantial, would be less than 3 years worth of pretax earnings using last year's operational results.
