Yes they would, cease and desist.

Would Jack Links sue hjoe? I don't think so as I don't believe general first names are protected in any way. If hjoe did "linky Jack's", that wouldn't float for sure. I don't think this is an issue at this time.
Hjoe has much more to worry about. So little time, so many jerks.
