I know it gets people get upset about me asking for an 8K but I'm telling you this stock will not go above a half a penny anymore without one, it's not going to happen. The 10Q and the 10K are going to do nothing for the PPS. Articles and heresay are not going to move this stock anymore like we want it to. We will sit here for months trading between .0020 - .0050 without an 8K. So as everyone sits around dreaming I'm going to do my best to apply pressure to get these to us. GLTY
