RIGHT ON! below is a copy of the email I sent to the executive editor of the NY times last night.

Hi

I am writing you in regards to an article that has been circulated and your media also printed. This concerns US Stem Cell Inc and the case of three women blinded by a treatment at one of their clinics TWO YEARS AGO!

These cases were settled. I am not trying to minimize anything. However, there is such a thing as reasonable perspective.

While I can appreciate that your agenda is to persuade the people to persuade the FDA to have greater guidelines, or perhaps a more sinister means to aid a hostile take over by breaking this company’s back, It would have been fair to disclose also that;

US Stem Cell has conducted more than 7000 stem cell procedures with less than 0.01% adverse reactions. Their work may prove to be instrumental in the future of our worlds health care.

7000 procedures with 0.01% adverse reactions is a headline in itself and you know it. Please take another look at this.
