Exactly. It makes absolutely zero sense. I have owned stocks that have run to $0.10 on less news than this, and this can't even get anywhere near a penny. Something is not right. I just have no idea what it is. Some stocks, for some reason, just never seem to take off no matter how good the news is. Other stocks take off on b******* news. I don't get it.
