The entire Happy Jack's Jerky is very odd - what HJOE is doing is very odd - first the HJOE branding is being tossed away - and Happy Jack's is the HJOE jerky just using a different name - graphics obviously the same with Joe being replaced by Happy Jack's. Same flavors.

Interesting that HJOE would use the name Happy Jack's Jerky - if it becomes a blip on the radar (extremely unlikely) - would Jack Links file a lawsuit for trying to cash in on the Jack Link's name.

Here is one example:

"a Florida judge granted an injunction against health club "FIT U" after rival club "YOU FIT" sued for trademark infringement."
