No stock that trades millions of shares everyday is dead. It's certainly in holding for months now, even with the one week bump we had in Jan. Just .05-.1 I doubt will change until some news of substance comes out. I just hope $hit is getting done at MCOA. I'd prefer fewer communications of substance than many of hype. We will see, might take a year before we see significant moves. But every year their are more and more state customers aboard. Regardless of Trump / Sessions today long term will be fine. Only 'dead' from a lottery players view not an investors.
