Over 20k people a year die from aspirin alone, yet it still helps people with different problems. The problem lies in the complexities of the human body. Many problems are pre-existing issues that arise as manifestations which are accelerated through new treatments. What I am saying is that you can argue that aspirin "caused a death" but it really can't be proven on paper without extensive trials that last years.
