Yes, seems very likely to be a stock promotion, especially considering they have $6 bucks in the bank.

I was originally looking at the 10K but the latest Q shows that they have exited shell status and are now a travel holdings company.

Promo or not, I'm going to be passing on this one. Could be decent but given their lousy cash position and the fact that insiders got their shares at dirt cheap prices, I'm not convinced.
