Exactly Del Potro. OWCP is following the same protocols that would be used to approve a drug, but the substance they are testing is a plant extract. If they want to get it approved as a drug in the US they will have to go thru FDA protocols. I think that is what they are planning on doing with their myeloma formula and I believe it does contain one or more chemotherapeutic agents as well as their cannabis extract.
