Do you know that Funders in the OTC require a large "RESERVE" of shares, up to 5-10x the amount of the funding, to be held at treasury to back their funding?

that means 2mil funding needs 71-142mil as collateral for funds.

First everyone says "we realize that the AS has to increase but NO R/S, and NO PREFERREDS!

Now upset about the AS raise. ????
