We began executing our plan to develop a portfolio of renewable energy developers and EPC contractors that bring value and experience to our holdings. However, as a result of jealousy, greed and outright dishonesty, our company and its officers were systematically targeted and destroyed by a vicious online defamation campaign orchestrated by an evil person named John Lameira his accountant and attorney partner.
John Lameira decided that he wanted to destroy the officers and the company we were attempting to build by enlisting numerous persons to post anonymous blogs claiming that the company was involved in fraud and deceptive sales practices. The fact of the matter is, John Lameira is the king of deceptive sales practices and has led numerous companies and unsuspecting sales persons to a life of greed and deception. After an extensive and costly investigation into the practices of John Lameira, we have uncovered a pattern of fraud that goes back years. We have sworn statements from customers and employees that will finally allow the truth to be told.
As a result of the online defamation and smear campaign, the company attempted to seek recourse in federal court with the filing of a lawsuit in the Middle District of Florida under case number 6:14-cv-1754-ORL-41TBS. However, after multiple instances of witness tampering, the destruction of our ability to generate revenue and our inability to continue to pay tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees, we were forced to withdraw our federal complaint. While we believe in the merits of our case, without legal representation we had no other choice but to close the company for good.
Since the company can no longer operate as a result of the online smear and defamation campaign, our new mission will be to identify contractors, sales practices, sales persons, methods of operation and pricing of products so consumers can be made aware of the actions of these dishonest persons. This website will be dedicated to publishing factual information and supporting documents to support our new mission of consumer advocacy. The truth about the entire Solar Industry in the State of Florida will be told.
