parrot head, the AS are maxed, we hope, but they could do a reverse split tomorrow and then they just start diluting again. If they don't do a RS until March 31, then you have 2 weeks to make some money, that's it. All a RS does is allow them to raise more money by selling shares. I've seen this in too many other penny stocks. These companies who have large debt don't have many options. They will dilute. The revenue and sale of assets is not enough to cover the nut. I would love to invest heavily in this but I just can't see how they will deal with all that debt. The current ratio is beyond bad. .33
