F1ash, Selling your only income producing asset (PCT) is the start of an unfortunate death spiral. They are buying time now with the cash, and going back to a Pre-PCT business model makes no sense, which is why they acquired PCT in the first place. Back when they were NeoStem, they failed miserably which is why they had to reverse split several times. I'm not sure what the 220 shares in volume that propped up the price 30% in after-hours was all about, but savvy investors should sell this on any pop, because it will eventually crater once the math of it all is processed.
