Serf, I saw those also but those were lower level managers, etc.. that probably never even saw $1/share and do not understand the market. I worked for 4 public companies as an HR Director and this happens all the time. As soon as they get a chance to cash out they do. Especially considering .04 to $1.00 appreciation. I'd be out regardless of what is coming if I did not have the knowledge of the marketplace.
