I have been watching this the past month. Almost pulled the trigger at .001. From what I can tell they are just dumping 20-40 million shares at a time. Not sure how much they are planning to let go.

The thing that doesn't sit well is that they are supposed to have a massive money coming in on the horizon. Why dump now?
