Wouldn't be the first time an SEC violation happened in the pinks.

As far as the marijuana component, it would be extremely interesting if it were or is true. That's the play here in my eyes. They have a viable product to market to a specific sector where no one has done it yet. Apps are born everyday but the ones that survive are usually in a space where they were first and can capitalize on being first. Whether EPXY will do it, and can capitalize is a story yet to be told.

Maybe I'm wrong and if I am I'll be the first to admit it and get out with a marginal loss on an investment I can afford to lose.
