OS 140.4M as of last Friday with roughly 12.5M shares left to sell (assuming 1.50ish conversion price on remaining $18M)

OS 143.5M as of yesterday, meaning they converted 3M Monday thru Wednesday. Leaving 9.5M remaining.

Probably 5M sold today, at most maybe 4M-5M left now.
