It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what a mega deal our CEO has done with acquiring the Ocean Front property in Baja. Especially after the terms were released this afternoon.

5100 acres of raw Ocean Front land for $500K and no interest. That is $100 per acre for prime land screaming for development.
