Just trading it. DTII had news leak late in the a.m. the other day through a promo company about canceling a reverse split then it was confirmed by the CEO in an 8-K later in the afternoon. I actually only looked at the basics... share structure, debt, avg daily vol, 52wk range, float, charts, etc.... I never looked at their operations. I only hold a very few long term OTC stocks in my portfolio. I have quite a few I watch but as far as going long on 99% of OTC stocks, not worth it.

I may have seen the ticker PTOTF before but as far as what I think, just two words "Unlimited Shares". The worse thing a company can do is have a bottomless pit of authorized shares to reach into. I won't even look past that, it reflects zero shareholder stewardship in my opinion.

Interesting line of work though. I came across BDIC because my brother who's a retired cop was looking at a competitors franchise and wanted me to look into the industry. He jumped in real estate instead but I really liked what I discovered about the BAIID market and was floored BDIC was the only publicly traded co. in the market.
