Well, thanks for verifying that CETX has committed securities fraud by using funds that were raised for the intention of expansion and, instead, using the cash to manipulate the stock price by supporting it






The company did a capital raise to support the company's expansion plans. The short seller's attack became a more immediate concern, so they decided to support the share price instead by using some of the funds meant for expansion.
