you are saying its OK to pay around 1 million per approval and then it not be commercialized?

If that's what you got out of his post... then you got just the opposite of what he eloquently told you... and you should read it again.

He explained to you as to why bonuses were given out for Keppra approval and it really had nothing to do with Keppra... it could have been Seroquel if that had been approved first.

You are the only one assuming that there will be bonuses for every approval going forward... or that there is a cost to maintaining ANDAs open due to YEARLY user fees... or that future approvals will not be commercialized.

There is little doubt in my mind that each and every ANDA IPCI has will in time be commercialized... but they simply have bigger fish to fry right now.
