I think most people know that contacting a penny stock ceo is a complete waste of time. Legally they can't give you any material info that is not already in the public domain. They can give you a little "pep talk" and might even claim big PR's are on the way. Rarely will they EVER put anything which appears meaningful in an email. Why would they want a trail?
