Harry. "My sources" tell me ( Charlie Gasperino like ) that the acquisition was done with restricted shares and the insiders are all locked up for the next year and then they can only sell 1% per 90 days. When the 1st qtr financials come out we will know more but IMO this company and the sector they are now in can absorb a much bigger float and the stock will still be valued much higher then where it is now. I'm not worried. I'm in for the long term trade.
