I understand your perspective on him calling individuals up concerning orders. At this point in the company's growth, I think it's a good idea for him to handle novel order situations. He can provide excellent customer service and maybe find a sales opportunity. If he only worked 8 hours a day, I would agree with you 100% but he is working some long days and has time to make sure all orders are processed properly.
