I have a question for some of you smarter traders. If the whales who hold so many shares that they have to file with the SEC decide to get some of their cash back, would that seem like dilution? could they GAG the TA? or work with a MM to sell their shares? JSP can you help answer any of these questions? I know you have a lot of knowledge. Sorry if any of these questions are out of line or don't make sense...just trying to understand.
