While it is possible some MMs may short here as they have no borrowing cost, there is no retail shorting.
I can tell you last time in the downtrend VPOR was shorted by note holders. Wouldn't surprise me now, as they often do that when they know there is a lot of dilution like now. Biggest point though, it's the dilution not shorting which is pushing the price down. They will dilute this down to .0010 at least before they let it breathe
