Uber or other needs WM IP Technology for it's competitive advantage in the Moto taxi Market. If they see $10 Billion business opportunity, they would certainly pay $1 Billion (10x ROI is normal in business valuation)

UBer or other look at the long term revenue stream- 5 to 10 year out
