As for the pictures of the empty lot online, It appears that Google Maps street view and the zoomed in images used for the online version of Google maps use outdated photos showing the lot pre-development. If you zoom out on the online version of Google maps or look up the address in the Google Maps app on iPhone (not street view) you will see a developed residential neighborhood.
