question: when companies have problems like HJOE and there business falls apart we can file a lawsuit and get nothing because there will be nothing to get (except for preferred stock holders). but if a company HJOE issued stock added a new product that was highly profitable and could repair the business because it was financially able to, would HJOE then open the company up for a lawsuit, if they intentionally abandon the HJOE shareholders, BY MOVING a companies product and opening a new business with that product. hope i explained this question correctly.
