Hey Grizz, Regarding the 500M DKTS shares, I dont have any idea as to who is doing the buying.

But I have spoken with many of the lenders who have NOT been satisfied and have talk to many of the share holders and have come to the conclusion that both companies will need to merge 100% as (one) to prevent a thief from occurring and that DKTS shareholder need to be rewarded more than just a 1 for 1 share swap! after all ISBG BRINGS NOTHING TO THE TABLE BUT I VIABLE WAY TO RAISE CASH!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND EACH AND EVERY SHAREHOLDER/DEBT HOLDER TO MAKE A STAND ON THE ISBG MESSAGE BOARD DEMANDING THE 2 COMPANIES TO MERGE AS ONE!
IF NOT THE DKTS SHAREHOLDERS COULD DEMAND THE COURTS TO ORDER AN INJUNCTION ON ALONZO BLOCKING HIM FROM FURTHER SALES OF BESADO UNTIL THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED!
