it is clearly a pump and dump scheme..no ifs and's or but's...my volume alert went off on this, went back and checked previous trading and moving up on small lots is the sign of a P&D...this has manipulation written all over it...yep, someone will get lucky with the timing but whoever is working this sucks at their job...any pump and dumper worth their salt would not have let this crash and burn and make a liar of him and now they are trying to save it and get back in the game...and the press release...a laugh...company signs a non-exclusive agreement with itself...too funny...
