I got a completely different read of Dr Mento's statements but I suppose everyone hears things differently.

His comment about the CFO was 'Chuck Cashion and I have a 16 year relationship and he is going to be very tough to replace. We have an active search going but also have a very competent internal team led by the current senior financial person'

His comment about other drugs is that they have been working behind the scenes to bring other drugs through pre-clinical trials and will release details of their next programs later this eyar

His comment about the $50M amortization (as well as the financial person on the call) was that there will be some revenue allocated in the short term and the 10K will have more details.

Overall I was very impressed with this call, CNAT is a great long term hold and the NVS option is a done deal at this time.
