I have to agree with your sentiment

All the years I been trading stocks never have I seen a OTC stock open 90-100% above the previous days closing, however, reaching that price and above either tomorrow or the next day is not out of reach especially when there is significant news. I think the float is getting locked and the market makers are seeing that and they can sense something incredible is about to happen.
